The Restaurant
From 1st June to 30th September, guests of the Hotel have the possibility to choose between half-board (dinner only) or full-board which includes, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner in the central room with sea view .
Every day the Chef offers a choice of a fish, meat or vegetarian menu . Each menu consists of an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert/fruit that is chosen the evening before for the following day.

IL CORTILE DEL RE
Il Cortile del Re is the sea view restaurant located outside the hotel and offers an à la carte menu even for those who are not guests of the hotel.
A special location for romantic lunches and dinners outdoors where you can savour the best dishes of the Salento tradition whilst enjoying the exclusive panorama of one of the most popular locations in Puglia.
